Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept both Visa and MasterCard.

Do you take phone orders?

Yes, we'd be happy to take your order over the phone, as long as you can provide a credit card number. If you would like us to ship it to you we'll calculate shipping fees at the time you place your order.

Can you place special orders?

Of course we can special order something for you. However, we do ask that you pre-pay for all special orders.

If I buy more yarn than I wind up using for my project, can I return it?

Yarn can be returned within 30 days, as long as it is unopened, unused and in like-new condition. Please save your receipts, as we will need them for verification with your return. We are sorry, but we can't accept returns on wound yarn. Learn more about our policies...

Can I just drop by to sit and knit?
