Class descriptions are below the schedule. Supply list for all classes available at the store.

Full payment is required at the time of registration. We have a 3-day cancellation policy. If you do not cancel at least 3 days prior to the class, you will forfeit your class fee.

Class participants must be at least 12 years old.


You may check as many classes as you would like, and add them to your cart with one click (the "sign up now" button is at the bottom of the list).

If a class is marked FULL, you can call and we'll put you on a waiting list, just in case there is a cancellation.

2 at a Time Sock - This is the class for someone who has the basic sock technique and would like to learn how to knit 2 socks at the same time. Supplies: 400 yards of sock yarn and appro. 40” circular needle.

Advanced Beginner Knit #1 - This is a new series for the beginner knitter who is ready to move forward. We will be offering an ongoing series for the next few months. This month we will be focusing on increases, decreases, Short rows and cables. Supplies: class list provided at signup

Baby Bolero Sweater - Learn to knit this simply adorable sweater and oh so soft. Supplies: US 6 needle or what is correct for gauge, pattern and Snuggle Baby Crofter yarn.

Baby Booties - Adorable booties that are so quick to knit. What a greatly appreciated gift they would be! Supplies: US 3 and 4 needle and small amount of sport weight yarn.

Baby Socks - Lots of you have asked about the baby socks in the store and now Jackie will teach you how to knit them. Supplies: US 1 or 2 needle and fingering yarn.

Beginning Colorwork Norwegian Hat - This is the perfect opportunity to learn how to do colorwork. This class will teach how to carry your yarn and read a simple color chart. We have a cute sample in the store for you to see. Supplies: 1 skein of dark colored worsted yarn and 1 skein of light colored worsted yarn.

Beginning Knit - This class is for the person who has never knit or needs a refresher course. You will learn to cast on, knit, purl, join new yarn and bind off as well. Supplies: US 8 or 9 needle and worsted weight yarn.

Beginner Sock - This is the class for someone who has never knit a sock. You will have the choice of knitting with DPN’s or the magic loop. This knitting is 1 sock at a time. Supplies: 400 yards of sock yarn and appropriate DPN or 32” circular needle.

Calorimetry Scarf - Learn to do short rows on this great looking head scarf. No more Hat head!! Supplies 150 yards of yarn and US 8 needle.

Checkmark Scarf - This is a perfect class for an intermediate knitter. This class uses the knit one below technique and creates an awesome scarf/shawl. Supples: 1 skein of Fiesta La Boheme and 1 skein of Fiesta Gelato, US 8 needles.

Continental/Combo Knitting - Learn this fast and efficient knitting technique. You must know how to knit and purl. Supplies: Worsted weight yarn and needles 7, 8, or 9.

Fingerless Gloves - Little Luxuries: Learn to knit these awesome fingerless gloves with a simple thumb gusset. MUST KNOW HOW TO KNITTING IN THE ROUND. ANY TECHNIQUE IS FINE. Supplies: Size 7 32” and 200 yards of Worsted Weight wool. We recommend Malabrigo.

French Girl Hat - This is a hat project that you can finish in this 2 ½ hour class. It’s so cute and would be awesome as a gift. Supplies: US 17 16”, US 15 or 17 DPN, cable needle and bulky yarn, pattern.

Houdini Sock - Just like Houdini amazed crowds with his unexplainable escapes…escape everyday sock knitting with this fabulous new “Houdini” sock technique! You will learn to make socks that fit your foot perfectly as the glass slipper fit Cinderella. Supplies: Needle appropriate for your sock yarn and must be a 40” circular and 400 yards of sock yarn.

Japanese Short Rows - This is a technique class that will teach you a way of doing short rows which makes the holes or visible wraps in traditional short row techniques virtually disappear! This technique also makes shoulder shaping for decrease become a beautiful slanted line and not a step down. Supplies: class list provided at signup

Mannequin Class - Learn to make a perfect you in a mannequin form. After making the mannequin next month Teresa will be teaching a really cool spiral shell that uses the mannequin. Supplies: list available at store.

Marian Cowl - Knit this super fast chunky cowl in a snap! This is a great accent piece. Supplies: 1 Skein of Cascade Magnum,

Marley Baby Hat - Knit this awesome baby hat with me. There will be lots of color change as well as stitch change. It’s so cute!! MUST KNOW HOW TO KNIT IN THE ROUND. Supplies: US 7 needle and yarn.

NaStasha Handbag - Learn to work with color and textures in this popular handbag. Learn to pick up stitches and knit in the round. Supplies: pattern, #13, 32” circular, 300-400 yards of worsted weight wool, 1 skein of Prism light or cool stuff, 3 or 4 skeins of other novelty yarn, (leather handles, button, feet and closure are optional.)

Quick Beginning  Knit - This is a quick crash course, just to get you started knitting. Supplies: US 8 needle and worsted weight yarn.

Sit & Knit - Join us and other knitters for a fun evening of knitting! No instructions this evening.

Summer Shell - Join us in another great class on knitting garments that fit. We will be knitting a cute summer shell in class. Supplies: class list provided at signup.

Tea Leaves Cardigan - This is a super cute ¾ sleeve cardigan with beautiful ruching on the yoke. It can be seen on Ravelry with many yarn options. Supplies: class list provided at signup.

Technique Class: The Magic Loop - This is great technique to learn for socks, hats and anything you would knit with DPN’s. This is a pre-requisite for many of our classes. We will make a coffee Cozy in class. Supplies: US 6, 7 or 8 32” and Worsted Weight Yarn.

Tiny Shoes - Adorable mary jane sytle booties that are so quick to knit. What a greatly appreciated gift they would be! Supplies: US 1 or 2 needle, Pattern and small amount of fingering weight yarn.

Top Down Baby Sweater - Knit this super easy pullover baby sweater can be for a boy or girl. Supplies: Needles, DPN appro. for yarn/gauge and yarn, pattern.

Twist Cable Scarf - This is a great scarf to practice your cables on. Any worsted weight or bulky. Supplies: 200 yards, US 11 needle, markers, cable needle.

Umbilical Cord Baby Hat - Knit this cute simple baby hat. Supplies: US 7 needle and sport weight yarn.
